Privacy policy

Last updated 31 October 2026.

This policy explains how 24 Hour Finance ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website and our enquiry process. We aim to handle it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

  • Contact details such as your name, mobile number and email address.
  • Business details such as business name, ABN, industry, state, time trading, revenue, and the amount, purpose and urgency of the funding you want.
  • Financial context you choose to share, including property ownership, existing loans, tax debt and credit history.
  • Website information such as pages visited, how you arrived, campaign tags and the device and browser you use.

How we collect it

Mainly from you, through our enquiry form and conversations with our team. We also record how you found the website, for example the page you first landed on and the page you enquired from. With your agreement we may receive information from bank statement and identity verification services, public registers such as the Australian Business Register, and advisers you nominate.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, understand your business, work out suitable finance options, help progress an application if you choose to proceed, keep records, improve this website and meet legal obligations. We may contact you about your enquiry by phone, SMS and email.

Who we share it with

Only those who need it to help with your enquiry: the lender or funder suited to your situation, related finance businesses that assess and settle business loans, verification providers, professional advisers, our technology and service providers, and government bodies where the law requires. We do not sell your information and we do not send your enquiry out to a long list of lenders. Some providers may store data outside Australia, and where that happens we take reasonable steps to protect it.

Credit checks

Enquiring does not involve a credit check. A lender may ask for your consent to check your credit file if you decide to proceed, and you will be told before it happens.

Analytics and cookies

We use basic analytics to understand how the website is used. Advertising storage is switched off. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls and trusted providers, and we delete or de-identify information we no longer need.

Access, correction and complaints

To access or correct your information, or raise a privacy concern, call 07 3106 8922 or contact us through our contact page. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
